Views from an Evangelist

For Adam and Eve the Law was ‘Don’t eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil’.

With Noah it was build the ark.

With Abraham it was believing the promise from God that he would be the Father of many nations, that his descendants would inherit the land of Canaan and that God would be their God.

With Moses and Israel the Law began with the Ten Commandments.  The Ten Commandments were further expanded to include the whole Levitical Law.

With Christians it is the Law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus.

Therefore at anytime should man sin?  Or find a reason to sin?  Or would God ever tell man to sin?

If sin separates man from God, and covering our sin so we could be reconciled to God (2 Cor 5:18-21)  is what Jesus Christ did in His life, death and resurrection why would man ever seek to sin or God lead man to sin?

The answer is there is no time or reason that man should sin or that God would lead man into sin.
